Why is this?

The huge market demand has created a group of manufacturers that cut corners and shoddy materials, under the guise of PP blister trays, and use poor quality recycled materials to make goods. A pallet of the same specification may cost at least 3,40 cents to make with PP brand-new materials, but they only need 1,2 cents to make it, or even lower. Because they use thinner materials, worse materials. As a result, the hardness of the blister tray is not enough and it is easy to crack.
